# Owner change-log rules

One meaningful change per ID, with page, observed problem, hypothesis and scope. Use planned, drafted, released-unverified or live-verified explicitly. Record actual release time with timezone only after release. Keep approval, live verification, rollback and outcome evidence separate.

Keep/revise/hold/request-rollback-review are decisions requiring a responsible person; the sheet executes nothing. Review periods, property/search-type/filter references and other changes must accompany outcome observations. An accurate repair may be kept with an unresolved business outcome. Never convert timing correlation into attribution. No fixed wait guarantees or artificial publication dates.

Use redacted extracts and role/evidence references. No customer names, private enquiry text, credentials or account access details in a shared sheet. Blank fields mean unavailable or not yet checked; record why. Worked example is a teaching scenario only.
