# Project image permission and caption record

Keep populated records private. This is an operational evidence checklist, not a legal release or copyright entitlement assessment. Unresolved rights/permission means hold for the appropriate review.

| Evidence / decision | Record or private reference |
| --- | --- |
| Project and image ID, original file | |
| Photographer / supplier and relevant rights record | |
| Approved website use, editing, credit and reuse limits | |
| Permission covering customer premises / people / identifying details | |
| Allowed channels: website, other channels separately confirmed | |
| Approved level of location/name detail | |
| Visible background and metadata review | |
| Public copy edits and approval | |
| Evidence for the team's actual scope | |
| Before/after: same project and accurate stage labels | |
| Caption checked against the work record | |
| Alt text describes useful visible information | |
| Public filename without customer identifiers | |
| Destination service page and gallery grouping | |
| Mobile size / compression / crop check | |
| Enlargement and keyboard behaviour check | |
| Final reviewer, date and publish/hold/exclude decision | |

Caption prompt: project type; actual team scope; useful visible detail; any relevant limitation or privacy context. Do not infer hidden compliance, customer satisfaction, financial gains or long-term performance from appearance alone.

Retain the original privately. Keep illustrative, stock or generated images distinct from completed-job evidence. The worked example CSV supplies no files, real permissions or actual completed project claims.
