What we will cover
How AI fits into customer research
Understand how AI writing, AI search and a customer's decision to contact you differ. Find one useful customer question your website should answer.
Business facts people can check
Make your services, audience, actual service area and enquiry process clear. Use credible examples and explain what happens next.
AI assisted content with human review
Watch a draft take shape from a fictional business example. Check each claim, remove unsupported details and identify facts the owner needs to confirm.
Structure, accessibility and the main action
Review headings, links and page text. Try keyboard navigation and zoom, then check whether a visitor can find and use the contact or booking step.
Five improvements and an action plan
Explain the business, answer a useful question, review the draft, improve the page structure and plan a review. Choose the first change, its owner and a way to check it.
Who it is for
Small business owners and staff who write, approve or maintain website content. No coding experience or AI account is needed. Follow along with your own page or use the fictional example in the handout.
This is an educational session with no sales pitch. It does not promise search rankings, inclusion in ChatGPT or other AI answers, or a complete accessibility assessment.
